How much are the Grangemouth personnel in dispute about and how much does INNEOS make per day.

Their reaction is to shutdown one of the largest refineries in the UK because of a pension dispute - knowing fine well the media frenzy it would create.

What about negoitaion, arbitration, diplomacy.

Was this INNEOS's contiguency plan for threatened disputes, shutdown the whole refinery.
If this is how far they are willing to go over a pension dispute- they are not fit to be running OUR oil supplies

What work is planned for this shutdown/outage and how long has it been planned.
Could it be that a general lack of planned maintenance over the years has resulted in this shutdown and the pension thing is a smoke screen. It all looks like inept management to me, what’s wrong with people who do the same job having the same terms and conditions as each other. And no I don’t work there.

If there is to be a shutdown i hope that the Scottish Government have made plans to ensure that transport and food suppliers are give priority in receiving fuel. A large company that makes millions every day should be able to treat its workers better and have a regard to their responsability to the wider community

It is going to be interesting to see how this crisis in Scotland will be handles by Mr Bean. We now know that he does not view himself as a Scot, but as a North brit.

I suspect he will do absolutely NOTHING to assist us, by, say, diverting supplies from elsewhere.

Thsi is just another way of punishing us for not voting for the "peoples party."

Be under NO allusions, this guy will stop at nothing to do us down!

Sic a parcel o rogues in a nation............
